Nomex Fiber Packing：

Nomex Fiber（METAL TYPE ARAMID） Packing is braided from high quality Dupont Nomex yarns with PTFE-Impregnation and lubricant additive. High cross-sectional density and structural strength, good sliding characteristic, gentle on shaft surfaces. Compared to Kevlar, it do not hurt shaft, also ideal for food industries.

Nomex yarns are coated in PTFE suspensoid. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE particles. Packing has a light inert oil treatment. Nomex Fiber Packing is a white aramid fiber which is tough but less abrasive to shafts or sleeves than typical aramid products.
